Adarsh has been building in renewable energy since before it was mainstream—two decades of work across solar project development, financing, engineering, and implementation that spans multiple continents. He’s currently Co-Founder and CEO of SunSource Energy, one of India’s leading distributed solar companies, where he’s helped drive the infrastructure side of India’s energy transition.
His career path reflects both technical depth and operational breadth. Adarsh has worked with SELCO, GE Wind, and Solectria, and spent time in management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton. That mix of hands-on engineering and strategic advisory work means he understands both how things get built and how they get funded.
The credentials match the experience. Adarsh holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a B.Tech in Energy Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and a Masters in Solar Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He’s a self-described energy technology geek—and the degrees back it up.
